


Johnetta CD(DONA)
is a compassionate former public school teacher who has transitioned into birth work because of her passion for helping the womxn "Journee" into the parent.

Johnetta has had three unique birth experiences, including a medicated hospital birth, infant loss, and unmedicated water birth. She truly believes that her unique birth experiences and her acquired pieces of training have prepared her for this beautiful work. Johnetta is a Certified DONA Doula who values education; her approach to childbirth education is both fun and informative. As a Doula, Johnetta will support you through her use of motivational support, physical support (through comfort measures and other techniques) while offering culturally sensitive care for each client and so much more. Johnetta is conveniently located in Fredericksburg, VA, and can support clients within a 100-mile radius, including RVA and the DMV. She has trained and offers support in working with teen clients, homebirth clients, VBAC, and more on the spectrum of perinatal care.
